The Law Offices of Kathryn D. Betts, PLLC was founded in 2026 to provide bespoke legal solutions that help businesses and individuals achieve their strategic goals. With over a decade of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, and other complex corporate and commercial transactions, Kathryn is dedicated to delivering tailored legal services.

Kathryn holds an Artium Baccalaurei from Washington University in St. Louis, Phi Beta Kappa, and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. She is licensed to practice and in good standing in the State of Texas and seeking admission in the State of New York.
